DALLAS, TX – April 17, 2020 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of three key employees.
Anna Thomas has been promoted to Enterprise Project Officer and Assistant Vice President, reporting directly to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Doug Staley. Anna joined our team nearly 15 years ago, in October of 2005. For 10 years she served as an Executive Assistant to our executive team, demonstrating exemplary performance in many areas – from delivering superb customer service and helping the bank retain several legacy clients, to consistently producing quality work well ahead of schedule. In her new role, she will continue to define, develop and monitor the implementation of projects by the bank’s operations and information technology teams, as well as provide administrative support to our Chief Risk Officer and Chief Credit Officer.
Sherri Wolfe has been promoted to Treasury Management Officer and Senior Vice President, reporting directly to Executive Vice President of Treasury Management and Depository Services, Wendy Blackwell. Sherri joined Dallas Capital Bank in July of 2018, bringing 20 years of experience helping companies develop long-term goals, forecast budgets, implement efficient treasury management processes and assess system proposals. Sherri’s unique and extensive experience, coupled with her energy, enthusiasm and dedication to outstanding service, have been instrumental in not only helping our team provide clients with superior Treasury Management solutions but also in successfully developing new client and community relationships of her own.
John Thomson has accepted the title of Mortgage Warehouse Manager and Senior Vice President, reporting directly to the bank’s CEO and President, Doug Hutt. Since joining Dallas Capital Bank in March of 2019, John has leveraged his decade of experience in the industry, working closely with the team to develop and grow our Mortgage Warehouse business. John continues to deliver and innovate, and we are excited for him to expand his leadership role to better serve his clients and coworkers alike.
