Because of this, we’ve added new electronic alerts for our personal banking clients. You can now receive email and text message alerts for more than 20 types of account activity, including ATM withdrawals, debit card purchases and balance information.
Other alerts include notification of insufficient funds, returned deposits, scheduled transfers and more. In addition, these alerts are customizable for your needs, so you can set alerts to be received only if a transaction exceeds your custom dollar threshold.
To view all of our alert options, visit Activity and Balance Alerts. You can also add, change or delete an alert by logging in to your online banking account and visiting Manage Alerts where you can change alert preferences for your checking, money market, savings and/or loan account.
