Dallas Capital Bank Announces Jay Jensen as Senior Vice President, Treasurer

Dallas, TX – May 17, 2022  – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jay Jensen as Senior Vice President, Treasurer. In this role, Mr. Jensen will report directly to Pat Hazelip, Chief Financial Officer.    

Jay Jensen“We are delighted to add Jay to the Finance team at Dallas Capital Bank,” said Mr. Hazelip. “Jay brings a wealth of experience and will give us a new perspective on Asset/Liability management. The role of the Treasurer is certainly interesting in the current rate environment, and I look forward to working alongside him.”

Mr. Jensen brings 10 years of banking experience to his new role, overseeing the bank’s asset/liability management system, liquidity and investment purchases. Most recently he was with Texas Capital Bank.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Mr. Jensen has lived in the Dallas area since 2006. He received his Finance Degree from the University of Oklahoma and his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He and his wife have a daughter and a son and in his free time, Mr. Jensen enjoys home improvement, yard work, cooking, golf, going to the lake and coaching his son’s baseball team.
