Dallas Capital Bank Announces Kyle Weiss as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Middle Market Banking

Weiss to Lead DCB Middle Market Banking Group

Dallas, TX – February 6, 2024 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Weiss as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Middle Market Banking.  In this role, Mr. Weiss will lead the Middle Market Banking group in providing a full suite of banking products and services to North Texas businesses.  Mr. Weiss will report to Dallas Capital Bank’s Chief Banking Officer, Jason Matthews.

“The addition of Kyle, as well as a new Middle Market Banking group, is a natural next step in the overall growth of Dallas Capital Bank,” said Mr. Matthews.  “Since our inception in 2015, DCB has historically focused on banking the very best businesses throughout DFW.  Now with the addition of Kyle and this Middle Market team, we will be able to provide an even higher level of service to those larger North Texas businesses, that often require more complex banking solutions.”

Mr. Weiss brings nearly 18 years of banking experience, having previously served in similar roles with BMO and Comerica Bank.

Weiss received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University.  Mr. Weiss is active in the community, having volunteered for Junior Achievement of Dallas, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and American Red Cross North Texas Region.
