Dallas, TX – January 4, 2023 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Toni Fennell as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance. Ms. Fennell will report to Doug Staley, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.

Ms. Fennell brings more than 15 years of banking compliance and risk management experience to her new role, including over 12 years with Texas Capital Bank. Ms. Fennell will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the bank's Compliance Management Program. Toni is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
